Totes designed to offer an alternative to barrels. This transaction involves a $400 deposit on the sale price. The balance will be payable upon pickup.
- Capacities: 650 liters (143 imperial gallons) and 1000 liters (220 imperial gallons)
- Material: 1/16" (14 Gauge) Stainless Steel
- Included : 2" ferrule outlet with cap and collar at the bottom, 6" inlet with collar, cap and 2" NPS threaded plug (like barrels) on top.
- Option: butterfly outlet valve $75.

- Ease of Transport: Tote equipped with a pallet and a galvanized steel protective cage to facilitate transport and handling by forklift or pallet jack.
- Light transmission: The stainless steel tote cools much faster than the plastic tote. Stainless steel is a thermal conductor, unlike plastic, which is a thermal insulator. This limits the darkening of the syrup caused by heat when it remains at a high temperature for several hours.
- Superior preservation: Because stainless steel acts as a barrier to oxygen and light, a Tote filled to over 185°F can preserve its syrup for several years without oxidation, fermentation, or discoloration. ( See User Guide - Stainless Steel Totes )
- Safe outdoor storage: Empty or full totes can be stored outdoors without damage from sun or rain, and without taking up any space inside your buildings.
